Notifying Users for Orders Placed in Juntar

Please note that Juntar has replaced email ordering as of January 2, 2024.

In the Request Information section of the order:

  • Enter each interested user's UT NetID.
  • Separate NetIDs with commas or semicolons.
  • If needed, use the search icon to find NetIDs.
  • Juntar will display a message confirming NetIDs exist or warning if NetIDs do not exist in Alma. 

 

 

In the Misc. Information section:

  • Add a note in the Special Instructions / Order Notes box to indicate if an item should be held for pickup by an interested user. 

Notifying users for orders in Rialto

In the Rialto Shopping Cart:

Click "add interested user" to notify an interested user when the item has arrived. 

Notifying users for orders placed in GOBI

Add a note in the GOBI order details form to notify an interested user when the item has arrived.

Include:

  • "hold and notify" or just "notify"
  • the user's name and NetID email.
