Below are links to different data and reports. If you do not see the data you are looking for, contact apcs@utk.edu. 

• Academic Program Reviews (new reports added fall and spring)
   
• Approval Evaluation (report showing approval usage with ability to drill into LC areas; updated December 2022)
   
• Big Deal Package Analyses (reports for analyzing usage of journals in BDPs, updated as needed)
   
• Continuing Order Analysis (overview of spending by subject, subject group, and liaison; updated twice per year)  
   
• E-Usage: Raw Data Reports (new reports added every 6 months)

Circulation data by call number range is available in Alma > Analytics > Liaison Dashboard.
Search Tip: LC class is case sensitive. Use all upper case letters.

To find circulation data for a specific title,

1. Search for the title in Alma.
2. Click on Items (right side of screen).
3. Click on the Barcode number.
4. Click the History Tab and select Fulfillment Activities.

To see Resource Sharing and DDA purchases,

• Go to Alma > Analytics > Liaison Dashboard

• Click on On Demand Purchases to see funds

  • FGENA(DDA) - YBP DDA Budget

  • RS POD - Resource Sharing Purchase On Demand

• Click on Funds to see purchases by fund
   

Criteria for Resource Sharing purchases (referred to as Purchase on Demand):

• Price per book cannot exceed $150
• Monographs only
• English language only
• Published in the last 5 years
• Available through one of the following: 
  • Rush available in GOBI
  • “Ships in 24 hours” from Barnes and Noble
  • “In stock” at Amazon
• Exclusions:
  • Title already owned
  • Title is:
    • popular fiction or children’s literature
    • textbooks, manuals, workbooks, or exam prep books
    • dissertations
    • how-to, self-help, cooking, and decorating
    • religious works –Bibles, doctrinal, proselytizing
    • case law or clinical medicine
    • reference works or directories
    • family-specific genealogy
    • musical scores or hymn books
