An easy way to discover new Journals that could be useful for your research is by using BrowZine. BrowZine allows you to browse UTK's collection of E-Journals by subject. To access BrowZine, click the E-Journals link on the Library's homepage (note: you will need to be signed into your account to access BrowZine). To find E-Journals related to Food Sciences, select the subject "Biological Sciences" then navigate to find the subsection "Food Science". From there you can continue to hone in your specific interest using BrowZine's subject divisions.
