Here you will find an overview of statistics that are gathered across the Libraries. View the Full Inventory Spreadsheet to see statistics by type and who to contact for information.

You can view the full inventory of statistics with more details on the APCS SharePoint.

General Library Statistics can be found on the Libraries Website and in PowerBI Reports. These are managed by Assessment Programs and Collection Strategy.

UTK Libraries utilizes a dataset (an entry form we created) in LibInsight to gather stats on Engagement Activities that happen across the Libraries. Engagement is considered any activity involving Library personnel where the Libraries are interacting, communicating, or connecting with patrons. UTK Libraries defines these areas as consultations, events, outreach, and instruction.

This does not include Research Assistance and Public Services interactions captured by LibAnswers, or other transactions captured in Alma.
