Grace Moore 1898-1947 (Grace Moore Papers, MS.3666)
Grace Moore was an opera singer and actress nicknamed the "Tennessee Nightingale". After a successful career in the Metropolitan Opera, Moore starred in several musical films, boosting her to international fame. This collection consists of correspondence, photographs, scrapbooks, sheet music, and other ephemera from her performing career.

Patricia Neal 1926-2010 (Patricia Neal Screenplays, MS.3916)
After she graduated from Knoxville High School, Patricia Neal became an award-winning actress on the stage and screen. Among her more iconic work is The Hasty Heart (1949), The Fountainhead (1943), and Hud (1963). This collection includes two hardbound screenplays for The Fountainhead and Washington Story (1952) owned by Neal.

James Dobson 1920-1987 (James Dobson Papers, MS.1464)
James Dobson was a radio, stage, and screen actor born in Greeneville, Tennessee. During his time in Hollywood, he appeared alongside John Wayne and Ronald and Nancy Reagan, but he is best known for his roles in Hornets' Nest (1970), Dark Echoes (1977), and The Love Boat (1979-1985). This collection includes correspondences, photographs, scrapbooks, and other memorabilia from Dobson's career in the performing arts.
