  • UTK patrons with certain disabilities are eligible to obtain an electronic copy of any book in HathiTrust, even if the material is currently protected under copyright or not owned by UT Libraries, to facilitate reading or using those texts.

  •  Also, note that electronic versions of books in the public domain that we have access to through HathiTrust may be used by anyone at UTK using the HathiTrust platform.
