SPSS

SPSS predictive analytics software is a tool designed to help researchers organize and understand quantitative data, including advanced analytics.

R

R is open-source software for statistical analysis. Functions and packages exist for a wide variety of analyses, and data processed in R can be directly visualized or easily connected to external visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.

NVivo

NVivo is a software product that helps with the organization, coding, and analysis of qualitative data. It is important to note that this application has limited capability in a Mac environment. 

Project COUNTER is a non-profit collaboration between libraries, publishers, and vendors that sets standards for vendor-provided usage statistics for library electronic resources.  The system is neither perfect nor universally adopted, but represents the current best practices for comparable usage metrics.  Review the "Friendly Guides" for a description of the different reports and how they translate user action on a wide variety of platforms into a few basic measures.
