This guide was created in 2020 at the height of the pandemic. It will remain accessible, but will not continue to be updated. 


We are in this together! While you are practicing social distancing, this guide can offer ways to be creative, manage stress, and to keep in touch with people. Take a break from work by going on a walk, practice meditation, check out a live shark cam, go to Mars, learn how to sketch, or find a game to play with your friends and family in a virtual hangout.
