The UT Libraries Marketing and Communications team has an exciting new way to submit requests for support of your initiatives, projects, or events – our brand-new project request form. We gratefully ask that you use this form moving forward for all of your marketing and communications needs.
Within the form itself, there are two specific options available for your use:
Upon submitting your form, the request automatically moves into our team’s project management funnel, so there is no need to follow up to check the receipt status. Additionally, a copy of your submission will be forwarded to you and your supervisor for record-keeping purposes.
We also encourage you to explore the “resources” drop-down menu on the site to familiarize yourself with the various templates, branding guidelines, and tools available to support your projects.
We are hopeful that this new system will provide an efficient way to submit your marketing and communications requests for support and serve as a centralized resource that will help benefit your projects on a broader scale.
