Instructions:
1. Log in with your NetID and password.
2. Click the Create plus sign.
3. Select "Suggest a Purchase Request" as the Request Type
4. Input your information. For the Department, you will pick the Leisure Reading Collection and your preferred library location. Provide as much information about the book as you can.
5. Make sure all information is correct and submit!
