Exporting from Web of Science Databases into Symplectic Elements: Home

This guide shows how to export .ris files from Web of Science databases into Symplectic Elements.

Web of Science Databases

Perform a search in Web of Science and select the box beside each reference you wish to send into Symplectic Elements. Choose "Export" and select "Other File Formats" from the choices.

Choose BibTeX as the file format and Send. Save the .bib file.

 

In Symplectic Elements, click on Publications....Import. Navigate to the .bib file and upload it as a BibTeX file.
