Technology at Pendergrass

This guide offers an overview of the technology equipment and services available at the Pendergrass Library.

Recycle your batteries and e-waste at Pendergrass!

Pendergrass Library has partnered with UT Recycling and Waste Reduction to increase our involvement in the Make Orange Green initiative.  As part of this effort, we offer a battery and e-waste recycling point located in the Quiet Study Area, immediately to the left of the double doors. 

Our recycling point can take the following items:

  • Batteries (including lithium-ion and other laptop batteries)
  • Digital & electronic devices (calculators, cameras, cell phones, iPods, MP3 players, etc.)
  • Electronic accessories (CDs, chargers, cords, headphones, & cellphone clips/cases)
  • Printer cartridges

Need to recycle larger items?  Drop them off at the UT Recycling Public Dropoff location at Parking & Transit Services, 2121 Stevenson Dr.  Visit this website for more information on items accepted at the Public Dropoff.
