Search: Used to search for titles.

Library: Used to access your library collection(s).

Menu: Used to access and customize your settings, add additional library cards and collections, and information about getting help.

Shelf: Used to view your loans, holds, and access details about titles your have on loan.

Tags: Used to access and edit titles that you have added tags to.

After you place a hold, go to your Shelf and tap Holds. There you will find information about your spot in line.
You can find more detailed information about your approximate wait time by clicking the digital library card with a clock face. This area will display information for all library accounts in your Libby app that have access to the title you have on hold.

In addition to the list of standard filters that is available (Newest, Popular, etc.), you can tap the Filters icon at the top of your library's home screen, or at the top of any list, to access a list of additional filter options.

Any materials borrowed will automatically be returned at the end of your borrowing period. If you choose to return it early, go to your Shelf in the Libby App, tap on the item's Manage Loan option, and then select Return Early.
If you find a book you want to save for later, you can tag it. To add a tag, click the Save option.

Tagged items are available at the bottom of the Libby app in the Tags section.

Students, faculty, and staff with active UTK login credentials can access and use the collection.
We suggest that you check with your local public library for information about accessing their Libby collection if you are not affiliated with the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.
