UTK Resources

The Office of Research, Innovation, an Economic Development or ORIED helps students, faculty, researchers, and staff get support for their research. They are a multidisciplinary community aimed at helping to develop proposals and finding financial support. The university has relationships with corporate, venture, community, non-profit, and government partners that work around the state and world.

ORIED Resources for Grant Writing Support

The following link takes you to the Research Administration webpage where students can click  drop down windows for a specific school. Each drop-down window gives specific instructions on who to contact and/or forms to fill out to request more information concerning proposals and grants.

The Office of Research and Creative Activity, or ORCA, is in the College of Art and Science. It supports external proposal submissions, advances in understanding sponsored projects, and enhances the experience of members pursing research. They offer team or individual help with developing proposals and additional services to help members reach internal and external compliance requirements
