Academic Success Resources

Check out this list of campus resources dedicated to students' academic success. Some have offices in UT Libraries, so be sure to check their websites for hours and locations!


The Writing Center: Not sure how to start your paper? Need help with citations? The Writing Center is here to help with all of your paper-writing questions.

The Math Place: Located  on the second floor of Hodges Library in North Commons, The Math Place is used as both a study space and a tutoring location; offering  help with 100 and 200 level math courses. Classes outside of the Math Department but math related are also supported. 

The Public Speaking Center: Serving to supplement instruction, the Public Speaking Center assists in elevating public speaking skills through research, composition, delivery, self-recording, and self evaluation for all disciplines. 

OneStop Student Services: Your one-stop help service for enrollment and class registration, academic records, financial aid, and payment, OneStop is located on the ground floor of Hodges Library.

Division of Student Success: With a wealth of resources, from academic success to career development resources to national scholarships, their mission is to help students recognize their strengths and apply them.
