Key Physics Literature Databases

arxiv.org

arXiv.org is a repository of research articles in physics, mathematics, computer science,  and nonlinear sciences.

Inspec

Inspec is the primary database for searching the physics literature dating back to 1898.
We are currently experiencing off-campus access problems. As a temporary measure, please access the library through VPN.

Scopus is a multidisciplinary database that complements Web of Science. Coverage is strongest for 1996 to present. Also searches the web.

Web of Science is another multidisciplinary database that covers core science and engineering journals published since 1900.
