Information for Off-Campus Users: Troubleshooting

If you have problems...

  • Clear your cache.
  • Try a different browser.
  • Make sure your browser is set to accept cookies and has Java enabled.
  • If your computer is protected by a firewall, you will need to open these non-standard ports to use the Libraries' online resources:
    • 90 and 2050 (for the proxy server - http://proxy.lib.utk.edu:90 and https://proxy.lib.utk.edu:2050)
