Hodges Library, Commons Practice Presentation Room
1:00-2:00

Students, you are the next generation of scholars and researchers, and we want to hear from you!

Join us for a webcast presentation of “The Digital Natives are Getting Restless: The Student Voice of the Open Access Movement,” by Nick Shockey, Director of the Right to Research Coalition, and Director of Student Advocacy at the Scholarly Publishing and Academic Resources Coalition.

Winners of last year’s Sparky Awards, a national student video contest promoting the idea of open access, will be shown following a discussion of Shockey’s talk.
