Before Getting an Exotic Animal Consider...

Before getting an exotic pet, find a vet who can help you take the best care of it and plan for that care from day one. Make sure you can feed and house your animal and that you have access to a an exotic pet veterinarian who can help with any medical or behavioral problems.  Never release an exotic animal, large or small.  The links below have more information on "healthy pets for families and the environment."  (Petwatch.net)
